Abstract

In the legislative and regulatiry framework of the Ukraine, there are mechanisms for the state regulation of labour, an established system of analysis and forecasting processes that characterize that social - labour sphere, a comprehensive monitoring of the actual state of the labour market on the basis of a unified system of indicators and the methodologies of their formation. There are a prerequisite for the development and implementation of socio - economic development in the future, employment programmes and improving social - labour relations.
